Nutritional Coaching at RecFit Includes:
- Initial in person or online assessment based on client schedule.
- Biweekly check ins to review progress, goal completion, and implement next steps.
- 24-hour turn-around, email support.

Meet Trainer: Rich Plonski
Rich is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He also holds his USAW-1. He developed a passion for athletics and fitness through his own training for both hockey and lacrosse at a high school varsity, collegiate club, and junior levels. He also currently coaches Lacrosse at the St. Johnsbury Academy as well as youth programs in the summer. He enjoys helping clients of all levels learn about, focus on, and achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals weather athletic or personal wellness related.

Meet Trainer: Justin Segale
NSCA certified tactical strength and conditioning facilitator
ACE certified personal trainer.
BS in Health and Exercise Science from NVU-Johnson.
United States Marine Corp strength and conditioning specialist responsible for implementation and support with U.S. military and allied forces and the development of a combat fitness regimen for foreign national usage.
Justin lives in Danville and comes to Vermont from Florida.
He is married and has two children and three dogs.
Justin will be available Monday-Friday, 4pm-close, to assist clients with workouts or for Personal Training.
